The hands down best green smoothie bowl ever
Today I made it, the hands down best green smoothie bowl ever made, seriously! It was so good. I haven’t been eating that many smoothie bowls lately, due to the weather being so frekkin’ cold (Winter problems), but I have a feeling that January is a game-changer when it comes to my smoothie bowl addiction. The smoothie bowl addiction is officially here again, and it starts NOW.

Good thing that smoothie bowls are healthy, at least when you use healthy ingredients like myself. My favorite smoothie bowl is actually an acai bowl. But acai is really expensive and hard to get a hold on, s I usually just make a “fake acai bowl” with blueberries instead of acai. Today I tried a new recipe of a green smoothie bowl though, and as you’ve probably understood by now – it was a huge success.
Now, the recipe of the magnificent green smoothie bowl… Here it comes:
Hannas green smoothie bowl recipe
For 1 person (just double the amount for 2 persons).
- 1 large, ripe banana (preferably organic)
- 1 small avocado (preferable organic, as well)
- 3 fresh dates (or more, depending on how sweet you want it)
- Approximately 200 grams of frozen spinach
- Half a deciliter of unsweetened almond milk
For toppings: kiwi (I used two kiwis), maybe some peanut butter and shredded coconut.

A smoothie bowl is something anyone can eat, since the ingredients can be customized to anyones preferences and diet. No matter if you’re vegan, gluten-intolerant, lactose-intolerant, can’t eat nuts, can’t eat kiwis etc. What can I say, smoothie bowls are awesome – am I right? ♥
