WATERMELON

Watermelon is one of my absolute favorite fruits, especially during summer. It’s sweet and very refreshing – perfect 
for hot summerdays! What’s really great about watermelon is that it’s incredibly healthy. It’s super high in
 vitamin C, but also contains a lot of pantothenic acid, copper, biotin, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 
& magnesium. It’s also anti-inflammatory and high in antioxidants. And hey, when you eat a watermelon – don’t 
leave out the seeds! The watermelon seeds contain important vitamins such as iron and zinc.
